While most BDSM 'instruction manuals,' assume that both partners are able-bodied, many of us don't fit that mold. Whether we have acute depression, cardiac issues, or just a healing injury, most of us will be less than able-bodied at some point in our lives, and this requires a certain level of knowledge and care on the parts of our partners- whether we are the Top or the Bottom.
